1. All returns require an authorization number. You must
call or email us for the RMA number.
2. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
3. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
4. Returns without a Return Authorization Number (RMA) will
incur a 20% restocking fee.
5. Returns that are obviously used will incur a 50%
restocking charge.
6. All returns must be received within 30 days of original
shipment date.
